This happened in Turkey! People speculate that the man was Hızır. Hızır is a Turkish legend that is supposed to be a man who can teleport, see the future and save lives. If an unknown man out of nowhere does something incredible, people say it's Hızır.

It's in Turkey. Guy says that when he was going back to home after closing his shop someone tapped his shoulder and said "look behind you" when he turned around he saw the ladder(?) thing coming towards him, he tried to dodge but he thought he couldn't because it just kept coming towards him. But he dogded it and looked for his saviour but couldn't see him anywhere. He says, he just vanished in the dark. Weird stuff indeed

Probably came back to make sure that meta-human truckdriver kiling villian never lost his grandpa so he had no reason to go dark and and becoming part of a team of villians that orchestrated and started an apacolypse event that no one could stop and the only way to save us all was to come back in time and undo the event that lead to him becoming the angry meta-human villian guy, world saved.
