No, some examples of sport cruiser are the Yamaha V Max and Warrior, Triumph Rocket III and the Ducati Diavel.
This is a sport bike.

Im going to assume you meant sports tourer.
Sports tourers are designed for a specific job, so they usually need a few things to be considered a sports tourer; high capacity and low tuned engine, upright/comfortable seating position, good pillion support, fairing and screen, and usually some form of oem luggage option.
Think GTR 1400, Triumph Sprint/GT, gsx s1000gt, ninja 1000sx, Honda vfr800f, etc.

This isn't a sport cruiser
Or a cruiser
Or even a sport bike.
I would call it a sport scooter.

Try Honda's 500's! They have some power but aren't too much for an adult beginner. They go for substantially less on the used market than this one from the marble counter and lose less value with the inevitable first drop. E.g. CBX or CBR might be worth looking into, or if you really want it to feel like a moped then the NC700.
But first get your license and riding gear and only then start test riding bikes! Only your butt dyno can tell you what bike suits you best and feels right. Just don't go with the first one that looks cool without trying a few different and/or similar bikes first -- and definitely don't get a new one.
Safe riding brother!

No, that’s a sport bike. VRod was a sport cruiser. And v-max. Victory Octane. Indian Scout Bobber. Indian FTR, maybe. There’s been a bunch of sport cruisers.

I’d say my Vulcan 2000 is a sport cruiser, not that. Still a nice bike though.

That's a learner bike and about the only category you could put it in. Whilst it may have some visual traits of a 'sports bike' i wouldn't class it as one........ just because a nissan micra has alloys that resemble those on a sports car does not make it a sports car.........

Hardly a sport anything. Sorry but the 300cc is very small. Only for a new rider. Even then you’ll be disappointed quickly.
