YES I’m with you! The world is an unhappy place these days. But taking a break from the 24/7 click bait news cycle is a good idea. Doom scrolling is not the answer! Watch some happy Bangtan content or something comforting. Follow some good news accounts. I’m going to try to do that too bc I can’t keep looking at crashes, war, fires, sad animals, or political shitstorms anymore.

This makes sense. I actively am trying not to even look at the news now and just kept staring at videos of puppies.
