I was genuinely asking, I wasn't making some sort of militant stance. In my eyes politicians and high ranking bankers etc are the issue. I've lived through about 10 elections, not one of those political parties have changed life in the uk for the average person in real positive way
We still get up, go to work on knackered roads, crap public transport, for a lot of people crap pay, can't buy a house etc They've all gotten richer though. I'm saying the public should more of a say on what is happening with the country.
Also I think that when a politician lies to win an election, they should be held responsible. There isn't a single member of parliament that can relate to an average person and it shows. I'm not talking about reform, most of the people voting reform would just be voting for border closures.
That's not me at all, I'm actually pro immigration. None of the political parties align with my beliefs and reform are 100% not it. I've met a lot of people who are dying for reform.....the one thing they've all had in common is.....they're all fucking knuckle heads.

Sorry, didn't see this response. I don't disagree with you, there's a certain Private School > PPE at Oxford > MP/Consultancy pathway which a lot of them take, and far too many seem to be too close to big businesses. I think some parties are worse for it than others, and personally think those on the Right are more on the take (not to say there aren't MPs in the Labour party who aren't). However. Running a country is realllllllly fucking hard. I'm not sure Dave down the pub is cut out for it. It takes a certain type of person to do the job. The balance has definitely been skewed for a long time, but there are good MPs out there. Unfortunately too few.
