Someone posted a guide how it is supposed to work.
Seems straightforward enough.
there is a sequence of scenes that will be voted on in order. Each scene becomes locked in after a certain amount of time, with the highest voted scene being locked in. At the conclusion the scenes are played in order to form a movie made of gifs.
