I don't like myself sometimes and I feel like I'm bothering my friends when I talk about my problems.

When people like themselves all the time, they don't improve.

I get that way sometimes, too. :) But I can say from the other side that I NEVER feel bothered or get tired of hearing about my friend's problems or concerns with their lives. As their friend, I want them to know they have someone they can always come to, because that's what a real friend does. Sometimes, if I'm busy or feeling overwhelmed by my own situation, I may not be the quickest to respond to their request to talk, but it doesn't mean I don't care. I bet if you ask your friends, they'll say the same thing. :)

Talk to them about *their* problems. Maybe they'll want you to share too.
