View submission: Introducing r/popular

A handful of subreddits that users consistently filter out of their r/all page.

So /r/the_Donald then. Got it.

That was obviously their way of making sure we know they meant /r/the_donald without actually mentioning them by name.

I'd filter out the_Donald twice if I could

Also /r/EnoughTrumpSpam, from the list I saw, let me see if I can track it down.

Edit: Found some of the list here[1].

Hopefully, I have my front page tailored for me obviously, but sometimes it's nice to go on r/all. Problem is t_d has gotten really good at vote manipulation so anytime they want to send anything to the front page they sic their army of bots on it.

I remember when they first rolled out the filter option, they even typed in The_Donald. Seems they had to update their gif.

You can add its alter ego /r/politics to the list of biased circlejerks I don't need in my life.

/r/SandersForPresident is also not on r/popular. Trumpsters always see themselves has victims for some reason.

/r/EnoughTrumpSpam, /r/The_Donald, and others like this are all not there.

No probably not every sub both of us don't like, though. Guess that makes us victims.

He said "For example, subreddits that are large and dedicated to specific games are heavily filtered, as well as specific sports, and narrowly focused politically related subreddits, etc." which again seems to point out The_Donald without pointing them out, as well.

That was the first subreddit I ever filtered out. I was stoked that I could remove all that garbage from r/all

Honestly, as long as it filters out all of those annoying ass subreddits that are parodies of it and are the super anti trump circle jerks, I could care less if they filter out the Donald. They hate the Donald and constantly try to make fun of it, but they're exactly like it.

Yep. Admins have been trying to figure out for a long time how they can justify censoring /r/T_D without the backlash that would come from an outright ban.

We've got about five minutes until they start filtering subreddits they don't like and therefore won't show up on /r/popular.

Also /r/EnoughTrumpSpam, /r/FuckTheAltRight, /r/ImpeachTrump, the list goes on, that are equally as obnoxious.

I just looked at their all time top. Is it seriously just endless posts of the same portrait of Donald Trump?

But now that they've filtered it out, will the admins continue to edit users comments? /u/spez

It's crazy. The people there are unsubbing literally the instant anything critical of trump is posted on a subreddit.
