View submission: Removing harassing subreddits
well, intent isnt really the issue. if they were publicly-posted digital images, I don't think there's any problem. im not arguing whether the action was noble or honorable or whatever, just that it didn't break any rules.

But intent IS the issue. If Reddit says "Harassment is determined by intent or motivation." Then that is the benchmark, yes?
Its not what WE think is the issue, but what the owners of the site that we are using use.
To me, though, I absolutely think it was harassment because the intent was to "show" Imgur that they couldn't do that to them. It was a power struggle and using Reddit as a platform.
ANyways, I don't really care about the issue, I'm find with the censorship and it doesn't affect the things I enjoy.
