/r/watchpeopledie is certainly a morbid subreddit but i dont think the users brigade or break any rules.

Because reddit only gives a shit about killing offensive content when they get called out on it. They're a business. This removal of subreddits could be done by a bot. When the bot detects a major news outlet mentioning a subreddit and certain buzzwords, they remove the subreddit. The only reason /r/creepshots was removed while /r/rapingwomen gets to stay is because they bend to pressure.

/r/coontown was not banned because there's a difference between "stuff you don't like" and harassment. We have very strict and heavily-enforced harassment/calls to violence rules. Our rules are much harsher than the standard Reddit rules governing subreddit behavior.

Its not about being offensive, its about harassing people outside the sub. FPH regularly brigades and encourages brigading so they can post it as examples of "shitlording."
Edit:"We're banning behavior, not ideas. While we don't agree with the content of the subreddit, we don't have reports of it harassing individuals."

I have a serious question for you. I can tell by the usage of "feefees" that you are one of the people who believe reddit is going down the tubes and should be all about free speech and whatnot.
So what is this comment trying to accomplish? If the admins said "well, by golly, you're right - we should ban then too!", didn't you just score a goal for the opposing team?
