I swear we absolutely need more Eurovision songs in countries native languages and a WHOLE LOT less bland boring anglophonic pop. What good is it to come sing at Eurovision if you're just going to sing something akin to literally any other american pop? Be proud of your language, your traditional instruments and music customs, show us what it sings like!

I am old enough to remember that singing in your native tongue was once mandatory at the ESC.

All it took for Sweden to send an Eurovision song in Swedish was Finns performing it.

The funniest part is that it's Finns performing... and of course the routine involves a sauna.

I hope on this eurovision there will be a slow song in emglish that goes "oooooa" in the chorus. Never get tired of that

It should have been mandatory all along.
And we should also push AI traduction on all levels. We have the tech, we're past the need of a lingua franca favorizing one people over the others
