View submission: December What Editing Software should I use?
I have not seen anything like that for desktop use…nor for mobile. I've tried/installed 95% of the apps in this thread. Resolve has a reframe tool - but it's not as easy/smooth as Quik;

google photo (on android) does have the same useful tool ! .. I actually came here (I read the above) to find a windows equivalent (as the website version of ggle photo doesn't allow to edit videos).
I unfortunately see that I might no have a solution :'(
