First: you are wrong. There are no consequences to filing false reports. Anyone can file vaers reports and they are all unverified (thus no way to determine if false or not). They do this to encourage people to report so that they can look at the greater population to try to find patterns.
Second: my condolences, but unless the autopsy proves this to be the case, you are promoting misinformation based on a false assumption.
