I've heard many times that the CS program at USF is not great, and people often say not to go there. I wanted to check if things have improved. If I can maintain a GPA above 3.5 in school, would I still have a good chance of getting into CS, or is it not feasible? Please let me know!

Usf gets more competitive every year. Test and keep gpa as high as possible.

Also the most important requirement is that you need 2 As and a B at minimum between calculus 1, 2, and physics 1 to be accepted into the comp sci program.

It's honestly so easy. I get 4.0 sleep-walking through the CS program. It only gets slightly more difficult once you start taking interesting electives your junior year. Especially nowadays when you should be self-studying programming and comp sci outside of your program to stay marketable, the program is just some loops to jump through.
