They already have, the most liberal estimates for the Holocaust are 14 million, we know as many as 100 million people were killed by Moa in his Great Leap Forward, and many more weren’t born to replace them due to the one child policy.
I’m on the fence about limited intervention (just giving advisors and maybe some arms), so long as we do our homework about them first I’m ok, but total military intervention in China would be the last mistake we make considering their nuclear power status
