Can confirm that countries in Francafrique definitely resent ongoing French imperialism. Not sure about Vietnam.

Well, I was curious about Vietnam specifically since the French had such a long occupation[1] prior to *any* US involvement, and it was what the commenter that I replied to was talking about.
