It’s the same for almost all it engineers, you find yourself stuck in a big company where you do some basic tasks, in a project you don’t like and you don’t own, doing the same tasks over and over again…
The key is to try to find purpose in what you do, maybe you need the money to create your own business, maybe you need to get better to work in a different country, maybe you need to learn a new technology to get to a better position…
The problem, especially in Tunisia, is that during our studies we’re so micro managed that a lot of the students feel lost after completing their degree, you don’t have anyone to decide the next’ step, you need to do the thinking yourself and try to set goals in your career and life in general.

motivation is not natural its not inherent to the body only discipline is over time, your body will get used to waking up at a certain time, even without an alarm we thrive on routines and comfort, so discipline and consistency are the solutions ansa l motivation ri9 bered mte3 coach de vie

The number one reason for burnout and losing motivation in the IT field is working everyday on boring projects you don't care about. Do you think it would be better if you worked on something that interests and excites you?
