Trump is imposing ludicrously high tariffs day 1 by executive order, plus all the other incredibly unpopular Project 2025 stuff. The GOP is going to lose the House in the midterms in a big way. I can see that coming, and Trump can see that coming, and Trump's allies can see that coming. And they're dead set on their agenda anyway. Either they don't care about the results of a fair midterms or they're not planning for the midterms to be fair.
