View submission: this bot sucks
Yes I understand that, but you are not considering what I am saying. Why should all subreddits have to opt out of the bot instead of opt in? This could be considered spam in some subreddits and by not taking all the possible subreddits in consideration you may be going against many subreddits rules. I know you are biased because you want your bot to be successful but that is selfish because you are not asking for consent from all the subreddits, you assume consent instead. In essence, this bot should be enabled by mods instead of having to be disabled by mods. You are making more work for the overall community on Reddit instead of making things better.

We have quite a good contact with mods. Are you a mod yourself? If so just ban the bot.
We receive mostly positive feedback from actual mods, so we think that overall the bot is a net positive.
Allowing mods to opt in is much more work from a programming perspective. You are free to open a merge request to implement it.

If you want to pick and choose who can post in your community make your subreddit private or restricted.
