View submission: Mod of WSB removed after deleting Gamestop related spam

Maybe I'm just misrembering because I've been avoiding WSB like the plague since it went stupid but wasn't zjz one of the really good mods that the subreddit once went to bat for after he previously got removed?

He was probably totally in the right for removing GME spam. The GME apes are the worst when it comes to spamming and brigading.

He's been removed a few times then brought back since he's the only one that actually tries to herd the cats trying to light their money on fire

Also wrote all the bots so it's just an absolute shit show over there now since his bots are gone

I was wondering why no one else said this as there was also drama when he got removed and it seemed the entire sub wanted him back. Then a couple days or weeks later the GME drama happened and that's originally when they first called for him to be kicked again lmao.

They were in the right for removing GME spam. A lot of the shit that was removed was often either against the rules, garbage, spam, or a mix of all.

The funny thing is that people starting acting like the mods were oppressing them for not letting them post the fortieth GME to the moon post in an hour.

Yup, and now he’s been removed for removing brigadiers, even though that’s part of a mod’s job
