I have to (vehemently) disagree. Based on my time here at /r/subredditdrama, I'd say she's not exactly the most stable person out there. She's a pathological liar, a sociopath, and seems to love the attention and drama (one would hope that if she didn't love it, she'd stop creating so much of it). Not sure how much of someone's personality you can glean from comments on the internet, but so far that's been my only impression of her.
... but to call her less than human? No. Never. She may seem like a horrible person, but she's still a person, no matter what she's done or who she is. dehumanization is arguably the worst thing you can do to a person - murder would be preferable, as they would at least die with a modicum of dignity. No matter what she's done to you or others, you do her worse by calling her "it".
I never thought I'd be defending Laurelai, but here we are.
