Hmm, the link should have taken you right to it. I don't know if this will resolve it, but create `/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-amdgpu.conf` with the following content:

Section "OutputClass"
     Identifier "AMD"
     MatchDriver "amdgpu"
     Driver "amdgpu"
     Option "TearFree" "false"
     Option"EnablePageFlip""off"
