McMullen fish house or Sammy's Seafood. If you're in Madeira, Wild Seafood at Don's Dock is as fresh as it gets because the boats unload from the deep sea there.

Gulfcoast Seafood at 49th and 9th Ave S or Key West Seafood at 49th and 15th Ave S. Love having 2 great shops so close to each other

Whole foods has good local stuff rotate through. If I remember right key west seafood in gulf port is where the commercial spear guys drop their fish.
