Could the Pats have then gone to the Superbowl in 1976, nine years early? I know the Steelers were injury racked in the AFC Championship game in 1976, so they were more beatable then they were in most postseasons from the 1970s. So the Pats could have beaten the Steelers. What would a Vikings, Patriots Superbowl have been like?
