From what I've seen from you guys and companies like yours is that there are already a lot of promotions going on all the time.
I suppose one thing that stands out is getting on YouTube more with tech reviewers. I've noticed one of your competitors does this very well and before I knew about your company, I knew about theirs. Young people trust the advice of these YouTubers and they want all the gadget accessories, including cool looking skins. I just can't recall seeing a tech review where they plugged your product.
I've purchased product from you guys as well as your competitors. Your product is basically identical. Your customer service for each of you was very good. Prices seem mostly comparable. So what sets you apart? Figure out what and get that message out there by connecting with the tech community on YouTube.
That's my best advice. I'm sure it's not news to you but it's the best I can do.
Another thing is to potentially give out reddit gold in your subreddit to engaged customers to build interest in posting here. Not asking for any now so please don't give me any. Just a thought.
Good luck!

I agree with biotechknowledgey. Something needs to set you apart from DBrand, DecalGirl, Gelaskins, BestSkinsEver etc.
I know that you have a lot of 30% and 40% off promotions, so people would be unlikely to buy outside of a promotion period. I had bought on a previous coupon deal that looks like it discounted shipping as well so, while I'm still on the edge of clicking Buy, I almost feel like I'm not getting as good a deal as I did before which is what is stopping me from clicking Buy instantly. I can see that last year there was a 4th of July 50% off sale with free shipping and a Cyber Monday deal with the same.
Giveaways are always good, but decals/stickers aren't something that people buy a lot of, so I don't know whether that would boost interaction with the community or just attract seagulls.
Your range of colours and designs are much better than DBrand but, without a discount code, the price comparison is $29.95 (top only) plus $10.70 postage for SW vs $24.95 for DBrand (free shipping over $20) = $40.65 vs $24.95 for something that, by a lot of accounts, are identical.
Without mentioning the brand name, one brand promotes its 'unique' 3M material. I've read - in this sub - that the material is actually the same used in SW wraps...but I can't find that anywhere your site, so the other brand does sound more premium in comparison.
I've been trawling around online for a while today looking for reviews and they're a bit light on.
The company isn't particularly active on Twitter (as in replying to customers) but then again, neither are other decal/wrap companies. There have been a few negative comments on this thread and social media...and SW hasn't rebutted the claims (e.g., decal removes the Apple text, slow shipping, issues with customer service), which leaves me a little uncertain about buying.
I had ordered with SlickWraps before but it took well over a month to arrive (past the point where it was usable, so I've never actually used SWs) and the reply from SlickWraps was less than helpful. Basically, we sent it so sorry it hasn't arrived, but it should have. No option for quicker shipping even though they said in the email that there should have been.
Additional photography would be great. I've viewed the colour decal/sticker that I am hoping to order on three different screens and because they're only stock images, it's hard to make a judgement.

I love the quality of your skins (have one on my iPad mini) however I've been waiting for the iPad 9.7" 2017 skins to be released and it doesn't look like it's coming since you guys released new skins for the iPad 10.5 without any mention of the 2017 9.7". Can you confirm whether or not you are releasing them? I've asked several times on twitter without any response. I am considering buying from decalgirl but I don't think their skin's quality is as good as yours

Actually ship your products. Saying you ship in a few business days is nonsense. I waited *two weeks* after paying for expedited shipping and nothing. Customer service helpfully told me I couldn't cancel and that it said on your site you "sometimes" have delays.
Delays of weeks? During a non holiday? Fortunately the order did get canceled because next week if it hadn't shipped I was going to file a charge-back with my credit card company.
It doesn't seem to be an uncommon issue because when you google Slickwraps and shipping, it's all sorts of complaints about weeks to ship, customer service being rude, and blocking people on twitter who ask where their order is.
You stuff looks great, but I'll never know because I don't want to wait weeks and weeks (especially after paying extra for shipping) to get something. At that point, I bought *two* comepetitors cases and didn't need another one.
Also, more photos of the phones from different angles. Especially the front and sides to see how far around the skins go.

I like your skins, but they're a pain in the ass to install, hardest ever installation process i've had only comparing to the full body wet installation i did on my previous s7 edge on the sides. Besides that the 2 times i have bought skins from you guys it always take around 3 or 4 fucking days from the moment i buy the skin to the actual shipping. And me coming from amazon prime this is what sucks the most.
