Her look made me assume she was someone semi-famous... so the account being deleted surprises me because it means she is nobody enough that she believes she can remain anonymous even with a decent headshot here for the world to see... Alternatively it was posted by a friend/lover/whatever possibly without her consent and so they are covering their tracks...
