Good seed for "town"

Looking for a good seed to create a "town." It'll start with one guy and his wife starting a little shop, and then organically expand from there as more people move in/are born. I like for it to be open and have a flowing river nearby. I'll turn off major threats, so no need to worry about chokepoints or anything. Any thoughts? The only DLC I have is Biotech.

You can really do it on any seed, just set the world size to 100% and shop around. I do those kind of playthroughs all the time. Play with the temperature/humidity/water level until you start seeing what you want.

Highly recommend the mod that gives you a preview of the map before you select your location.
