Mrs - you’re always welcome to come across to our discord. There’s a few mhi people will be there! It’s not exactly mental health related but eventually we might add in a mental health section for live talking.
I’ve only just started it up because the talks are dying so it’s still earlier days but we’ll see how it goes 👍🏼

That would be cool. I have a discord but am not very active... I'm a newbie and don't understand it all lol. But I'm totally open to coming to hang out. I'm sure others would be also.
