So first things first; you mod a sub - they don't allow user profile talks any longer sadly - with almost no users.
This means, well, if you *did* launch a talk, quite literally no one will show up. I've seen communities in the millions have 0 people show in talks, albeit the notifications have been 'fixed'.
That being said - the admins have a discord server I think is still open, however, again, your sub is so new that launching talks simply just wouldn't work.
The talks will not reach users not subscribed to your community.
