It’s because these people hate liberals and Democrats *so much* that they don’t care WHO they have to associate with just to punish and spite those groups
They’re willingly aligning with Russia and Putin because they see SJWs and garden-variety liberals as being far, far worse than a hostile foreign power
Plus they know that this state of affairs alarms and frightens liberals and Dems, and they want liberals and Dems to feel alarmed and frightened
Party over country, ideology over party, and naked pursuit of profits over everything else
