When the camera’s spot light turns on he scurries away towards the larger car away from the spotlight
Light is one of the best defenses against shit like this. You guys might want to put a few really bright, motion activated ones all along the parking area.
Not 100% effective, but they usually follow the path of least resistance/danger.
