Hello I was planning on applying this upcoming cycle but I was seeking so clarity on when I should apply. My stats are not the greatest and haven’t taken the OAT yet. I’ve heard that applying early is the best thing to do but I was confused on if should apply in July when applications open without an OAT score or in August or September with an OAT score? If anyone has any insight that would be very helpful! Thank you!

Get your oat score first then apply by August or later. Early apps would be considered anything before November/December.

You can apply without your OAT scores. Your application will most likely be placed on hold until you get your scores.

It’s a good idea to apply before taking it if your test is scheduled in the fall. Once you take the OAT, the scores should take about a week or 2 to be verified and by then your application should also have been verified.
