Free Zen Meditation and Mandarin Classes for Beginners @ Ocean Sky Monastery[1]

• **Beginners' Meditation (in English) Class A** - Jan. 15 to Mar. 26 (every Tuesday) - 7:30 to 9:30 PM
• **Beginners' Meditation (in English) Class B** - Jan. 19 to Mar. 30 (every Saturday) - 2:00 to 4:00 PM
• **Mandarin Class** - Jan. 27 to Mar. 24 (every Sunday) - 2:00 to 3:30 PM

• All classes are free of charge. We are supported by your generous donations.
• The Mandarin Class is only open to those who will take the Meditation Classes.
• Beginner class is open to the public. *All participants should be in good psychological and physical health.*
• When coming to the monastery to register for class, you will be asked to fill a formal registration form. Please show one valid proof of identification, and submit one 2×2 inch recent picture.
• **Dress code**: wear meditation uniform or any comfortable and modest attire and SOCKS. Optional meditation clothing may be obtained at the monastery. *Do not wear low cut dresses/blouses, short skirts, short pants, or go bare feet.* [**Piece of advice: Don't wear jeans!**]

May ganap ako on Feb 2, so I will have missed out several sessions nun. Pwede pa rin ba magpa-register if ever?

Okay lang ba na namiss ko yung first session? Hehe pinili ko yung Tuesday ang sched so namiss ko yung Jan 15.
