Free Zen Meditation and Mandarin Classes @ Ocean Sky Monastery

**Beginners' Meditation (in English) Class A** - September 19 to November 21 (every Wednesday) - 7:30 to 9:30 PM
**Beginners' Meditation (in English) Class B** - September 22 to November 24 (every Saturday) - 2:30 to 4:30 PM
**Mandarin Class** - September 30 to November 25 (every Sunday) - 2:00 to 3:30 PM

*Additional information**

All classes are free of charge. We are supported by your generous donations.
The Mandarin Class is only open to those who will take the Meditation Classes.
Beginners' classes are open to the public. *All participants should be in good psychological and physical health.*
When coming to the monastery to register for class, you will be asked to fill a formal registration form. Please show one valid proof of identification, and submit one 2×2 inch recent picture.
**Dress code**: wear meditation uniform or any comfortable and modest attire and SOCKS. Optional meditation clothing may be obtained at the monastery. *Do not wear low cut dresses/blouses, short skirts, short pants, or go bare feet.*
