What: An introduction to Zen meditation
When: March 24, Saturday, 1 PM to 5:30 PM
Where: Heroes Hill Zendo (Quezon City)

There's also a weekly session in the UP Bonsai Garden[1] every Wednesday, 5 to 7 PM.

*NOTE TO ATTENDEES:**

What to Wear:* When you come to the zendo for seminars, workshop orientations or sitting meditation be sure to wear non-eye catching, loose and comfortable clothing that covers most of your skin. Loose fit long pants and below the knee skirts are recommended. Colors should be subdued and solid, without writing or distracting prints. Also, no cell phones in the zendo. If you happen to have it with you, be sure all notification noises and vibrations are turned completely off.

There is a ₱200.00 suggested donation. If you can’t afford the suggested donation, please pay an amount that is within your means. Everyone is welcome.
