Earth Hour’s new theme moves us to respond collectively and **#Connect2Earth** as we help strengthen awareness on biodiversity and climate action. On **24 March 2018**, the Philippines will hold this year’s main switch-off event at the **Cultural Center of the Philippines** main grounds in Pasay. We will be plunging into darkness along with cities and towns all over the world from **8:30 PM-9:30 PM** – sending a strong message to take action and protect our planet’s biodiversity from the effects of climate change.

See you in the dark! 🌃

This 2018, we are hosting a series of events about the field of Advertising at the UPLB campus to express our gratitude to the UPLB community, and further promote our core competencies.

In this regard, we are glad to invite you to this semester’s **Pulp Series Masterclass on March 19 at UPLB**. The Masterclass will be more than the usual classroom discussion type of seminar. As the first ever Masterclass event, it aims to cater workshops and breakout sessions for the audience guided by advertising’s best people in the field. The event will have three (3) masterclass sessions that will talk about **Social Media Brand Building** - specifically, Strategy for Social Media, Planning for Social Media, and Designing for Social Media.

Hi! Anyone here who likes horror? My best friend and I are going to Baguio next week and we’re very interested in availing one of the Pine City Fright Tours packages. Pine City Fright Tours is a company that does tours around sites of horror in Baguio, like Diplomat Hotel, etc. My best friend and I love these horror tours! Unfortunately, the minimum number of participants required is 4, and there’s only two of us. Their cheapest rate is around 450/head for students (like us). We’re planning to avail the 600-800 pesos tour, but if you’re just g for the cheaper tour, then that’s fine with us. We really just want to be able to experience it! If any of you are interested in going anytime this March 21-24, please send me a private message. Hope we get to go together and thank you so much! ☺️
