*Additional information**

All classes are free of charge. We are supported by your generous donations.
Beginner class is open to the public. *All participants should be in good psychological and physical health.*
When coming to the monastery to register for class, you will be asked to fill a formal registration form. Please show one valid proof of identification, and submit one 2×2 inch recent picture.
**Dress code**: wear meditation uniform or any comfortable and modest attire and SOCKS. Optional meditation clothing may be obtained at the monastery. *Do not wear low cut dresses/blouses, short skirts, short pants, or go bare feet.*

We have a free comedy show @ Kapitolyo on Saturday Night.

The place is Brad and Pitts Ribshack.

To be honest, even if there's no free show I'll still recommend you the place since it's got good ribs for real cheap prices (150 for a meal? Are you serious now)

What to Wear:* When you come to the zendo for seminars, workshop orientations or sitting meditation be sure to wear non-eye catching, loose and comfortable clothing that covers most of your skin. Loose fit long pants and below the knee skirts are recommended. Colors should be subdued and solid, without writing or distracting prints. Also, no cell phones in the zendo. If you happen to have it with you, be sure all notification noises and vibrations are turned completely off.

There is a ₱200.00 suggested donation. If you can’t afford the suggested donation, please pay an amount that is within your means. Everyone is welcome.

January 25- Vigan City's Longganisa Festival

Pero dahil malapit na yung Pamulinawen Festival sa Laoag sa Feb 10 at sa Feb 2, 2018 yung 200th anniversary when Ilocos is divided into Norte and Sur (apparently 1818 yung creation ng anniversary), let start this mini Ilocos province rivalry by saying this:

NAIM-IMAS TI LONGGANISA IDDIAY LAOAG (Mas masarap ang longganisa namin)

P.S. Di alam ng ilan pero may konti kaming rivalry sa Ilocos provinces just like Iloilo has with Negros.
