Fete dela Musique on June 17! normally it starts in the afternoon and the stages are scattered around Makati. here's some of the stages:
update 2: they cancelled the Main stages at Greenbelt and at A-Venue for security reasons

Mensa Philippines' Mensa IQ Challenge in Cebu
June 3, 2017
Castle Peak Hotel, F. Cabahug Street, Cebu City
Tests last about an hour and will be held every hour, on the hour, from 9am until 4pm. The exam will take about 40 minutes to complete. Mensa recommends those interested to pre-register for the test at the links found at their website www.mensaphilippines.org
The test fee is P800, and all test-takers are required to bring a valid ID with photo. Undergraduate students may avail themselves of the discounted price of P500 if they show a current school identification (ID) card. The minimum age to take the Mensa test is 14 years old.
Membership to Mensa Philippines is open to anyone who scores in the top two percent of this qualifying exam. There are currently over 200 members in the Philippines, and over 100,000 members around the world.

Anyone here going to Up Dharma Down's gig in Toronto? Gusto kong manood, pero wala akong kasama. Gusto kong subukang manood mag isa pero ang lungkot sa pakiramdam, kasi wala ako kasamang manood to share that experience. Di ko kabisado lahat ng songs ng UDD pero gusto ko yung tugtugan nila. Hold the Line - Tabletop RPG mini-con hosted by Gamers and GMs Philippines
Event will be held at VentureSpace PH along Shaw Boulevard from 12pm to 9pm. If you're interested in learning how to play tabletop rpgs like D&D (as well as other game systems), I would suggest that you attend one of their mini-cons since not only do they run the games, they also have talks from more seasoned members of the community who share their thoughts on how to create games that would be more fun and enjoyable for the players.
