There's a new 3D art gallery in Cubao Expo. It recently opened around Christmas, I think. My family visited the place yesterday and it's a nice place to just have fun, take pictures, and play with the paintings because they are "interact-able" in the sense that you can touch them. https://www.facebook.com/artinisland

Baguio's Panagbenga will celebrate its 20th year this 2015. It will be celebrated the whole month of February. However the Grand Street Parade will be on the 28th, and the Flower Float Parade will be on March 1st.
