/r/AskHistorians has flaired posters posting AMAs in character as various historical figures. They've done similar things in the past and they're usually both highly entertaining and highly informative.

Answer: The Metal Archives[1] has now done away with subgenres. The genre for every single artist there is now simply "metal." Not as good as the madness they pulled last year, but still enough to give a good chuckle.

In r/AVoid5, which is a subreddit where all posts and replies must avoid using the letter E (the dreaded "fifth glyph"), someone has made a post for "letter E enthusiasts,"[1] challenging that all replies should contain the letter E in every word.

My 9 year old son would like me to tell everyone that Roblox Tower Defense Simulator has a “hilarious” change:

It randomized the faces, animations, and the sounds of towers, units and enemies. Additionally, it also changes the Commander narrator's icons and dialogue.

I don't know if anyone else feels this way, but the internet used to do a lot more for April Fools Day, but it doesn't feel like that much is happening. Most of reddit is still the same, and I don't know many other places that are doing anything.

Answer: https://calc.edhrec.com/[1] EDHREC, a Magic: The Gathering website dedicated to stats on the MTG format Commander has a joke feature that "analyzes" your deck to give you an estimated power level.

It's always a 7 because everyone always says their deck is a 7 out of 10 no matter what it actually is

Duolingo released a "commercial" about an injury attorney who represents victims of Duo who are attacked or kidnapped by the green owl because they or their family broke the learning streak. https://twitter.com/duolingo/status/1509848057210445825

I texted the number in the video, which sends a message and a link to the attorney's website. >!Of course, the link redirects to Duolingo's landing page.!<

Duolingo has had a fun run embracing the meme.

We are not really big enough to make any headlines, so here I am posting this myself... but my business partner and I release a fake product or a video every April Fools Day.

This year we made a video about innovation[1]. It's silly, but April Fools Day fans might appreciate it!
