Same here. I also find I'm more sensitive to violence and negativity. I used to love true crime shows in my twenties and early thirties. Watching one now would probably put me in a funk for days. I tend to enjoy travel content or content about different cultres or life in other countries. Here are some of my favorites Youtube Channels:
Kara and Nate: Married couple who travel the world and are just really nice, happy people.
DancingBacons: Zero narration, ASMR style videos featuring restaurants and other food content throughout Asia.
SamuraiMatcha: He's a minimalist travel YouTuber based in Japan. He's so cheerful, and watching his videos got me into matcha.
GirlWithTheDogs: She's a pet groomer who records voiceovers over her grooming. She has a dry sense of humor that I find appealing. Kara and Nate. They travel the world and are just really nice, happy people.
Acre Homestead: My favorite fall/winter nesting channel. Lots of gardening and cooking content. Her freezer meal videos inspire me to step my game up with meal prepping. It's a non-religious channel too.
If I'm bored, I usually will search for a niche interest and watch videos related to it, or chill out with some nature, time-lapse, or cooking videos.
There's nothing here!
