I’m in arts and sciences. But is the only one I need to attend that one? My cousin went to a different school and they did different ones for specific colleges.

When I graduated a couple years back, there was a small ceremony for everyone in my major and our families at the seminar room in my department. It was a day or two before the commencement in the Shoe. It was really nice to hear people's names and future plans read out. I'm not sure how many programs do that, but I've heard a lot of them do

It depends on the college! Everyone everyone will be at the ceremony on May 4th but some colleges do like a pre-commencement ceremony where they actually read grads names and have them walk across the stage.

It depends on the department as well. I know chemistry and biochemistry have a pre-commencement brunch for their graduates.
