"After an initial evaluation, your application has been referred for second review. You will be informed of a final decision no later than March 31." Does this mean that I've been deferred? It still says, "in review." Is that because they're going to review it later? Wouldn't my status change if that was the case?

All y'all Ohio Residents getting final transcript could be admitted to a regional. Don't bank on that telling you you are into Columbus.

I received the acceptance email but it says nothing about honor program or scholarship I applied for. When do they normally release those decisions?

Admission has become very competitive. In the mid 80s acceptance was nearly a guarantee if you were an average to above average student.
