View submission: do people with schizophrenia who also need glasses see their hallucinations clear or blurry when not wearing glasses?

Currently working with folks diagnosed with schizophrenia. It would depend on where that person is in their disorder and treatment. Probably other factors as well can exacerbate symptoms (comorbidities, poverty, substance use disorders etc.).

There was a dude I followed on IG diagnosed with schizophrenia but doing really well in his community. He would use his phone camera to determine if someone/something was a hallucination. This is not possible for a lot of the clients I see. That's not to say his is less severe or better, but his psychosis symptoms and non-psychosis symptoms are better managed.

ETA : Kody Green is the Instagram dude I am referencing.

Can multiple schizophrenic people see the same thing? If there some that see people with mask, do they all see the masks on the same or on different people?
