How are people still driving around in Saabs since the company no longer makes cars?
Russian airlines own those planes. Ownership predates current sanctions. Why would they ground planes because there are sanctions that have nothing to do with their ownership of said planes?

The sanctions have been in effect long enough that the planes would have required major services requiring spare parts to maintain airworthiness. Since the planes haven't been grounded for maintenance, the airlines are either relaxing service standards, burning through spare parts stockpiles, making their own parts, or acquiring parts through third parties to circumvent the sanctions.
