For those of us in the U.K. of a “certain age”, Public Information Broadcasts[6] were a staple of our viewing, and are often discussed[7] on some of the subreddits[8] about the United Kingdom[9], especially since the wonderful National Archives have made them all available in one glorious collection[10].
