That year, the magazine set out to recognize the millions of people who anonymously contribute user-generated content to wikis and other websites such as YouTube, MySpace, Facebook, Wikipedia, and the multitudes of other websites featuring user contribution.

I would guess you can even claim the title yourself if you so wish, but I have no idea how it works if you were born after 2006.
