I have posted this to various USA state subreddits. You can scroll the comment history, some really interesting food suggestions in there. What's a food from Nebraska that's only available there, not anywhere else?

I thank you in advance for your replies.

Valentinos? Fairbury hotdogs. Go to a Husker game and get all the food. Best way to experience it.

Can you find Baker's meltaways anywhere else? I know they're made in Nebraska, but not sure how far they are distributed.

Nut Roll

Not sure how regional it is, but it's easier to find in Nebraska.

It's like a PayDay, but its center is a creamy nougat and less caramel.

Runza Prolly. Gotta be honest, Runzas are under-seasoned.

Runza is the correct answer. 2nd place is Cinnamon rolls with chili. Other than those two, I can't think of any foods that are uniquely Nebraskan.

Runza frings extra crispy Dorothy Lynch Papa Rico’s spaghetti sauce medium hot or reaper (I won’t buy any other sauce at all- beginning of COVID and everything closing down he and his wife met us in a parking lot so we could buy a case of sauce…..only lasted a few weeks but best sauce ever and got the entire family hooked… I knew he used to do the farmers markets and food shows but now I buy at hyvee or online)
