View submission: Where can I find filo pastry?
It's generally not sweet, it's just laminated layers of dough. I've usually seen it frozen, but probably worth a try to look for fresh probably. The name should be the same.
You can buy individual sheets fresh made as yufka (assuming you can find it in Munich), but then you'd have to do the laminating yourself.

I think i need to just buy it, try it and see. Filo is not crunch (raw). It becomes crunchy and stale very quickly once the package is opened so you have to work with it very quickly and cover it in melted butter or olive oil to keep it moist until it goes in the oven.
