View submission: Where can I find filo pastry?
Thank you l’ll pop by and have a look. Filo pastry is very thin, like sheets of paper, you use loads of them at a time. In theory I could make it myself but it takes hours and hours to roll it out so thin and it’s not practical.

If you're looking for the type of layered sheets of dough, you'll want to look for "milföy" and it'll be frozen or at least refrigerated. If you're looking for single sheets, it's called "yufka" and you'll want to find fresh (not sure if/where you can find that in Munich though)
