I really wish I lived in NYC and not Upstate. It’s massively cheaper to get it done in the city rather than the courthouse across the street from my job.

unable to afford $210 means you could be poor enough for a fee waiver. idk but i qualified even tho i saved up my cash assistance. even if they deny, you could buy urself like 6 months to pay in theory.

denial info online states, If the court denies the request for a fee waiver, you will have to pay the fee for starting the case. If the fee is not paid within 120 days of the court’s decision, the case will be dismissed.

tldef... have me a good referral to some nerds in midtown doing it as charity. their admin has issues tho. keep it straightforward and they can't do much harm, thankfully. (all i'll say. i'm sure they will know *exactly* who i am now, but fine.)
